Not at all — many clients come to us with existing accounts for email, cloud storage, or antivirus.

When those systems support secure integration or shared administration, we'll connect them directly into our dashboards so they appear in the same reports and alerts as everything else.

Some platforms — especially consumer or closed-license products — can't be centrally managed, but we'll still document them, verify their configuration, and help maintain visibility.
